Periods of stay
Weekend: Friday afternoon 15:00 h to Monday morning 10:00 h.
Midweek: Midweek: Monday afternoon 15:00 h to Friday morning 10:00 h.
Week: Friday afternoon 15:00 h to Friday morning 10:00 h.
Rental periods
During the off-season periods the houses are rented for the period of a weekend, midweek or week. During high season the beach houses are only rented per week.
Smoking and pet animals
Smoking and pet animals are not permitted in our houses.
Deposit
The deposit is € 150.00 and payable in advance along with your reservation. The deposit will be refunded to your account within 2 working days after your departure.
Parking
There is a parking garage within 200 meters, where you can park your car here. The parking ticket is available from the machine in the parking garage.
Cleaning
When checking out, you will have to leave the beach house in a clean-swept state with the dishes being washed.
