Do you have a question about your stay in one of our beach houses? Below you’ll find the answers to the most frequently asked questions. From arrival and departure times to parking, cleaning and additional costs: this way, you’ll know exactly what to expect before you set off on holiday.
Frequently asked questions
The periods of stay are as follows:
- Weekend: Friday afternoon 3:00 PM to Monday morning 10:00 AM.
Midweek: Monday afternoon 3 p.m. to Friday morning 10 a.m.
Week: Friday afternoon 3 p.m. to Friday morning 10 a.m.
In the early and late seasons, you can choose to stay for a weekend, a midweek break or a week.
During the high season, the beach cottages are available to rent on a weekly basis only.
We keep our houses smoke and pet free.
The deposit is: € 150, and must be paid in advance during the reservation. The deposit will be refunded to your account within 7 working days after departure.
There is a parking garage within 200 meters, where you can park your car. The parking card is available from the machine in the parking garage.
One parking ticket can be reserved per house per reservation.
The beach house must be left sweeping and dish-free upon check-out.
Your reservation includes:
- Duvets
- Pillows
- 2 beach chairs, 2 sunbeds and a parasol
- Gas, water and electricity
The following costs will be charged during your reservation:
- Linen package €15 pp (mandatory)
The linen package contains everything you need to make your bed - Towel package €6 (optional)
- Final cleaning €75 (mandatory)
- Tourist tax 2024 € 2.15 ppn
- Keukenpakket inclusief: vaatdoek, afwasborstel, vaatwasblokje,handdoek en theedoek
- Highchair €10
- Children’s bed €10
